Blair Brooks

Blair Brooks was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland where he attended Boys’ Latin School of Maryland. He furthered his education at Shenandoah University where he majored in Business Management. During his time at Shenandoah he was on honor roll and deans list. He graduated in 2019 and is now working as a Business Systems Analyst for KBR Inc. Blair also is a foreign exchange trader  in his spare time. Blair just wants to give back to the community that has given him the opportunity to be where he is today and to be a positive influence and role model for our young generation.

Michele Hall-Davis

Michele Hall-Davis has more than 20 years experience as an Entrepreneur. She is the Founding Partner and CEO of Sweet Potato Kids, Inc. “SPK” is a Community Learning Center comprised of Early Learning, Out of School Time and Summer Camp programming. Her passion and mission in the field of education; dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline policy that disproportionately impact Black Boys. Michele is a proud alumna of North Carolina Central University (undergraduate) and DePaul University (graduate). She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Tyler Steinhardt

Tyler Steinhardt is a Baltimore, MD native who received his B.A. in International Relations from American University. He currently spends his time working with startups seeking to tackle climate change. He began his career working in social change as a Program Manager for Fields of Growth in Uganda and went on to be the Founder of Shootout for Soldiers, a nonprofit that has raised over $4M for wounded American Veterans. Most recently he worked as the Director of Marketing for the Premier Lacrosse League. Based in Los Angeles, Steinhardt hopes to leverage his background in media, marketing and nonprofit management to support Beneficial Pain's growth.
